Exchange Policy

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
  
  
• Courier and handling charges are to be borne by the customer.
  
  
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where available; otherwise, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, a pre-opening video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation
